Chef Stevens - Owner
The anticipated opening marks Chef Stevens’ first venture as owner after 25 years’ experience in some of the finest restaurants in Pittsburgh and on the West Coast. After receiving his degree in Culinary Arts at the renowned Culinary Institute of America in New York, Chef Stevens spent time at Bradley Ogden’s Lark Creek in San Mateo and Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant in St Helena. In Pittsburgh his experience includes the Duquesne Club, Hyeholde, Casbah, and most recently as Eleven’s Executive Chef for more than ten years.
